Substrate Acquisition
Substrate acquisition is a crucial step in our process at ACC. To tailor our coatings specifically to your needs, it’s essential that we receive a small, uncoated sample of the desired substrate(s). This allows our lab to conduct thorough research and development directly on the material you’ll be using. By working with the actual substrate, we can fine-tune the coating to ensure optimal performance, compatibility, and quality, providing you with a solution perfectly suited to your packaging application. This substrate can also be utilized after commercialization for quality control purposes when fulfilling orders.
Lab Development Procedures with ACC
